Common Questions About Using GMM

These answers explain the core registration, booking, lesson and payment process. Policies shown at the time of registration or purchase will govern each account and transaction.

Contact Support

Students complete the registration form, read and electronically sign the Student Enrollment Agreement, finish their profile and then access the student dashboard.

Teachers register, sign the independent contractor agreement and complete the onboarding steps for profile details, video, Stripe, first class and availability.

A student chooses a teacher, class and available time slot, completes payment and waits for manual confirmation unless the teacher has enabled auto-confirmation.

Confirmed lesson details and the online meeting link are sent to the student. The current platform flow references Zoom-based lessons.

Teachers connect a Stripe account during onboarding. Eligible lesson earnings and withdrawal information are then managed through the teacher dashboard and Stripe setup.
